The journey started from personal experiences of conflict, displacement, poverty, hunger, interrupted education, and the loss of livelihoods in South Sudan. These experiences created a desire not only to respond to immediate needs, but to help build lasting solutions.
HTZ grew from this vision into a plan to establish a 15-acre Agricultural and Community Transformation Centre in Bazumburu, Yambio County, Western Equatoria State.
The journey is built around a clear progression:

Today, HTZ aims to use agriculture, faith, knowledge, environmental protection, and community empowerment to create opportunities for people to become more self-reliant.
